Welcome to i-mage! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the i-mage mobile application ("the App"), developed by Vulcan X Tech ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using i-mage, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Google Play Store Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including individuals, families, and organizations.

2. Description of Service

i-mage is a mobile application designed to provide private, secure, and fully on-device image processing tools, including scanning and editing features.

The App runs entirely on your device.

No internet connection is required.

No data is uploaded, shared, or stored on any server.

All processing happens locally — your photos and personal information stay with you.

3. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use i-mage for your own purposes, under the following conditions:

Install and use the App on your Android device.

Use all features with a premium purchase.

❌ You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

Resell, redistribute, or share the premium license.

Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. Purchases and Billing

i-mage is available on the Google Play Store.

The premium version is offered as a one-time payment for lifetime access.

All transactions are processed securely by Google Play Billing.

We do not collect or store your payment information.

Subscription or billing management is handled entirely through Google.

5. Refunds

You may request a refund through the Google Play Store within 48 hours of purchase. We support no-questions-asked refunds — your satisfaction is important to us. For help, contact us at info@vulcanx.tech .

6. No Data Collection

We do not collect:

Your photos or videos

Your device ID, IP address, or location

Your name, email, or personal files

Any usage or analytics data

The only local data stored is:

Your chosen display name (optional)

Your premium status (stored on-device or via Google Play receipt)

All data remains on your device at all times.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in i-mage — including source code, design, graphics, and technology — are owned by Vulcan X Tech.

This App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

All features will work perfectly on every device.

The App will meet your specific requirements.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vulcan X Tech shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Loss of data, profits, or reputation.

Any claim arising from your use or inability to use the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:
