This Distance Sales Agreement governs the purchase of digital products offered by Vulcan X Tech ("we", "us", or "our") through the Google Play Store. By making a purchase, you ("the customer") agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Agreement

This agreement applies to the sale of the i-mage premium license (lifetime access), a digital software product distributed exclusively via the Google Play Store.

All purchases are final and governed by this agreement, Google Play’s Terms of Service, and applicable consumer laws.

2. Product Description

  • Product Name: i-mage (Premium Version)

  • Type: Digital software (mobile application)

  • Features: Full access to all functions, including scanning and advanced editing tools.

  • License: One-time payment for lifetime premium access.

  • Platform: Android (distributed via Google Play Store)

The app runs entirely on your device — no internet connection is required. No personal data is collected or transmitted.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • The price is displayed in local currency on the Google Play Store.

  • Payment is processed securely through Google Play Billing.

  • We do not collect, store, or access your payment information (credit card, billing address, etc.).

  • All transactions are subject to Google’s payment policies.

4. Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy

In accordance with consumer protection guidelines:

✅ You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, for any reason.

  • To request a refund, go to play.google.com , manage your orders, and select "Refund".

  • We support no-questions-asked refunds — your satisfaction is our priority.

  • After 48 hours, refunds may still be possible at Google’s discretion.

We do not require you to justify your refund request.

5. Delivery and Access

  • The product is delivered digitally immediately after purchase.

  • Access to the premium features is unlocked within the app upon successful payment.

  • No physical goods are shipped.

6. Intellectual Property

  • i-mage and all related content are owned by Vulcan X Tech.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the app for personal use.

  • Reverse engineering, redistribution, or commercial resale is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • You use the app at your own discretion.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement occasionally. Any changes will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
